How it works

3. They redeem the code at checkout and pick any photo, style, and product.
4. We print and ship — or deliver instantly if they pick the digital option.

FAQ

Does the gift card expire?: It's valid for 12 months from purchase.
What if their order is more (or less) than the card?: If their order is more, they pay the difference at checkout. If it's less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time — they keep the same code.
Can I send the card on a future date?: Yes — pick any date up to 12 months from now and we'll deliver the email automatically that morning.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, as long as the recipient hasn't started redeeming. Just reply to your confirmation email within 30 days.
